I survived September …

and I’m so happy about that. Truly, I don’t know that I have been that busy before — it was nuts. It all ended on Friday as we wrapped up a photo shoot in my home for the book I am working on. October should be much more manageable as I attempt to simply wrap up and catch up.  I’m dying  to paint and bake (what is it, fall?) I’ve been bitten by the organize and plan bug for sure.

I am hoping to get back to blogging a bit more. I still have LOTS of great quotes, the one that I most used during the last month, is this one:

inch by inch, life’s a cinch; yard by yard, life is HARD!

I believe it should be credited to Mac Anderson, at SimpleTruths.com. It came to me in an email at just the right moment. If I thought about what I had to accomplish in two weeks, I would have assumed the fetal position in the corner of my studio, but if I just focused on the  needs and demands of each day, I did OK — in fact, I did GREAT — I did it. I survived.

Anyway … I’m going to  post what I hope is a FUN challenge later today — it’s something I accidently posted about a month ago and several of you had already responded, so I’ll repost your comments and we’ll make it official!!

again, so grateful for the response to my industry question. I have shared and will continue to share your feedback with industry leaders and I am putting together several posts to share my thoughts on the subject. A few people have posted and asked how to reach me via email — stacy@bigpicturescrapbooking.com is my public address and I do my very best to keep up!!

and finally,  parting shot — just for fun.
took this one at a harvest fair a week or so ago.
