  1. Sounds like a plan. We’ve been working today also. Maybe Monday will be a nice day to grill out and enjoy the sunshine!

I had a lot of work to do today and not too long ago felt like my weekend was slipping away. Then I realized I have an extra day this weekend! Yippeee! I get to play after all :)

  3. Pat Steele says:

Today was my PLAY day. Must work on Monday. (if you can call my job work). I hope everyone is safe this weekend no matter what you are doing.

  4. Hi, I have 2 questions. First, please tell me more about the Fireworks Store at the airport – we have a 3 hour layover in Seattle in 2 weeks. Second, I love the concept of Photo Freedom, however I have been scrapbooking chronologically for over 14 years. I have about 6 years of my daughters albums left to finish (ages 8-14). I started with high school when they were freshmen and then went back and started with their birth. How do I make the switch successfully now? PS I have a daughter and son-in-law living at Fairchild AFB. Thanks, Rena

  5. I love those baby carrots almost as much as the sugar snap peas from Trader Joe’s.

  6. Just bought Photo Freedom at the CKC in Manchester – and I love it! Quick question – do you keep track of dates on the back of photos at all? once they go into triage or cold storage? Not sure I would remember the dates if I wanted to use in a future project. Not to be chronological, but to put the date on the page. My son and daughter will ask “how old was I?” or “when was this?” Would love to hear from you on this. Have a wonderul weekend!

  7. Love the concept of Photo Freedom and I’m hoping you offer LOM again next year! Can you go more in depth on your computer filing system in IPhoto? I have Photoshop but am confused (ok, overwhelmed!) on how I should set them up. Use the same as the category drawers or by events or …the list could go on and on. Looking forward to this! Thank you!

  8. Stacy-you’ve got to show us what you’re doing with that green nylon butterfly–those are so cute-and I’d nave never thought of putting one on a page!

  9. Susanne Hampton says:

I bought Photo Freedom a few months ago and have been thinking a lot about how I can make it work for me. I have finally started putting it all together. I have had to break it down into small manageable chunks to work on. If I thought about the entire project I would just get overwhelmed and not get anything done. What I would like to know is where do you get your acid free tabbed divider cards for your category drawers? I can’t find them. My second question is when will you offer the Library Of Memories class again? I don’t want to miss it this time. Thanks!

  10. We love these carrots too! I will steam them with lots of salt and fresh ground pepper.
    SO good! :)

  11. Ann Grounds says:

Stacy….please don’t tell me that is the garage floor you are scrubbing!!!! Hopefully it is only the “mudroom” area. I’ve got some “fun work” too. I volunteered to make a memory DVD for my son’s 5th grade class (not classroom, mind you) to have 100 copies completed by 6/16/08!! It has been so fun going through CD’s for classroom, field trip, and program pictures from Kindergarten to 5th grade. This will be fun.

  12. I love those carrots too! As I’m trying to lose weight after baby number 3 I use those carrots as snacks between meals. I even carry a little Tupperware container of them in my purse when I go out.

  13. I was snacking on baby carrots today at my desk. Sitting there wondering why I couldn’t be home playing…..
