In response to my question: Have you ever scrapbooked 6″x6″ …

Amanda said:
No I haven’t done 6×6 yet…but I will! I have already signed up for your class. Can’t wait to be your student in real life (I have a few times online).

I made two 6×6 albums about 2 years ago – filled them up with photos of our family, our dogs, our home, etc. and sent them to the orphanage my children were adopted from. My son and daughter came home with those albums and they were well-worn. They are still one of their favorite things. I was overwhelmed with the thought of making albums for them, and this size was perfect. Holds a 4×6 photo and a wee bit of embellishing. Not too much, but just right. Thanks for the fun giveaway – your blog is oh, so fun!

No, not yet!

Thanks ALL for playing along.
Have a wonderful weekend — I’m off to make candy cane cookies with a bunch of kids!

I am so grateful for how “all together too happy” you are. Until I started reading your blog, I never realized what a downer I was being. You have a busy and hectic life, and you never claim it to be perfect, yet you maintain a joyous attitude. We have the same faith (LDS), so I am not missing that, but clearly I am lacking in that “happy attitude” area. How do you do it? You have boys and they were small once, and you seem to have survived. I have three, 3yr, 7yr, and 10yr. And you scrapbook too!!! I look forward to taking your finishline class in Anaheim. I go to the trade show for vendors every year. Have you ever taught any classes there? I just wanted you to know that when I am feeling overwhelmed and come to your blog to be uplifted. Thank you for your comments on one of the Gen Conf talks too. I watched it, but hadn’t read it again yet.

  2. I am so excited, thank you!!! Have a lovely weekend, Stacy

  3. Congrats to the winners!

  4. Thank you so so much Stacy! I can’t wait to see you in Anaheim!

  5. I’ve never scrapped a 6 X 6 book before, but I do have one to give it a try. I’ve done 4 X 4 and 2 X 2 though. I’m finally going to do a 6 X 12 for Christmas Day. :)
