Can someone please help me contact scrapbook circle. I’ve tried to use the link on their website – but my emails have been returned twice. I had wanted to subscribe to them from Australia – their site says I can but when I go to use the country button, nothing but USA will come up…..I just want to know if I can or can’t subscribe from here.
