January 15 on the 15th
Meet Randy and Diane Smith ❤️ We’ve been friends for a very long time and they’ve been here in Spokane with us for the last few days. This means good conversation, late nights, delicious food, snow shoeing, pickle ball and … (wait for it) scrapbooks. Yes, scrapbooks! In fact, if you took the class, Scrapbook People, The Smiths might look familiar and this is because I created an Extended Story about our 30 years of friendship.
Your 15 on the 15th assignment for January is to invest 15 minutes deciding the topic for our first 2023 seasonal project—an Extended Story. A bonus challenge is for you to begin this project with a story you’ve already started in your scrapbooks. See this blog post for more information, ideas and a video! If you already know the topic you’ll tackle in this fun, layered adventure then spend 15 minutes setting up an album in your digital library so that you can begin collecting potential images.
Watching The Smiths flip through and explore our shared story was so gratifying.
This work that we do matters!
