Cruise or RootsTech?

I’m SUPER excited for next week. My family (and my M&D) are flying to Florida on Saturday.

On Sunday we will board The Adventure of the Seas bound for three Western Caribbean destinations. This is not just a winter getaway but also a Cruise and Crop event. Tracie Claiborne invited me to join her well over a year ago and create Storytelling with Stacy and Tracie and so it’s CRAZY to think that it’s finally here.

The other CRAZY thing is that when I initially sat down with Close To My Heart to discuss the possibility of partnering on story-based product kits, I told them how excited I was to take these products to RootsTech—in 2019. We’ve worked hard toward that goal, but I never dreamed that both events would be scheduled FOR THE SAME WEEK!

Long story short, I’ve spent the better part of this week wrapping up projects that I sent off to Utah this afternoon—because Story by Stacy will have a booth on the show floor, but Stacy will be halfway across the world praying that all goes well and spreading the JOY of story on an ocean liner.

One of the Story Starters I created is an update or more of a makeover of an older project from years ago. You can watch the before and after in the video above.
