ONE. Naked Nutrition Protein
Specifically, Naked Nutrition protein for breakfast shakes. There are many flavor options, but … You guys I am NOT kidding when I say the Lemon Blueberry Muffin is my ALL-TIME favorite. Ever. So much so that I subscribed so I would not run out. This worked for awhile (see image) but, sadly … I did not realize Lemon Blueberry Muffin was a limited (seasonal) edition. I did not know the reason my sub kept telling me your product is out of stock. Now that I know , I am going to assume good things and order the Pumpkin Spice and Strawberry Banana flavors and then get back to you.
3 reasons I LOVE this stuff so much …
#1 because it’s sweetened with coconut sugar.
#2 because it’s low carb (8 grams per serving) and it’s delicious.

THREE. Mural Mosaic
Calling all patriots, homeschool moms, history buffs or anyone who loves a purposeful gift that combines play with learning. How cool is this Mural Mosaic sticker of the US flag that (naturally) features 50 squares noting historical highlights. People come up with the most amazing things AND if you want to learn more about this company and the concept of mural mosaics, this is a great place to start!
FOUR. Flag Stories
And, speaking of flags … This is one of the coolest things I’ve seen a very long time. It’s called Flag Stories and it’s a project by Ferdio, an infographic agency. Essentially they broke down the elements of every flag in the world and then analyzed them in so many different ways. This approach to SEEING and understanding our world appeals to my visual nature on so many levels—plus, it’s colorful! I would buy a poster of most of these graphics. FIVE. Teach Sunday school
At church I am a volunteer teacher for a high school seminary class. I serve in this capacity with 3 other women, so it’s not too heavy—I shadow and teach just once (sometimes twice) a week. In 2022 we’re studying The Old Testament and in 2023, our focus will be on The New Testament. I just had to share this super cool periodic table that organizes all the books in the Bible by type/purpose. How clever! On this version of the familiar periodic table, each book is an “element” and notes the title, the author, and the date or time period when the book was written. If I was you, I was definitely check out this Bible Bookplate Sticker and everything else from the folks at Teach Sunday school.
