👋🏼 RootsTech 2021
I am bringing this post forward in my line-up because I have now added my RootsTech Connect class—and if you didn’t get a chance to see it (as part of the online event) I want to have it here, archived and easy to find for YOU.
In this short video class I introduce you to the FIVE most important milestone stories to document. Let’s say you’ve never scrapbooked before or you’re feeling terribly behind or you just want to make sure that as you search your family’s history and dig around your roots that you’ve got the essentials recorded for future generations. That’s what THIS CLASS is about.
RootsTech is the world’s largest family history and technology conference AND this year it is 100% online AND 100% FREE. It’s called RootsTech Connect and today is already Day 2. Sorry—I’ve been head down working on classes this week.
🌳💜 But I cannot let this opportunity slip by because I’m teaching at RootsTech and so is Ali Edwards, Tracey Clark, Angie Lucas AND so many others—hundreds of experts on dozens of topics: finding ancestors, connecting with family, DNA research, traditions and heritage and of course, technology (including websites, tools and apps).
More than 320,000 people pre-registered and much of the content has been translated in 11 different languages. This is truly a global experience and an amazing time to be involved.
Most of the sessions—like mine—were pre-recorded, but there are many LIVE (Main Stage) presentations as well. Of course all of it will continue to be available for a LONG time—so you don’t need to worry about getting it all in this weekend. The best thing to do is to register, so you have the opportunity to come back at your leisure.
Of course I would LOVE to hear your thoughts!
p.s. I’m podcasting again🎙 Episode 102 is now available!
