Love & Marriage (part 2)

Welcome to part 2 of a conversation that my husband and I had with our long-time friends, Randy and Diane Smith about marriage—we got together recently to celebrate our 30th anniversaries and I (of course) stipulated that we would record an episode of the podcast while together. I solicited questions from listeners and we received many—very good questions—however, none of the four of us anticipated how much FUN it would be to talk and reminisce and share in the way that we did. I truly believe that the more comfortable we can be talking about this most important relationship, the more we can strengthen—our own marriages and others as well.

Love & Marriage (part 2) Exactly Enough Time

We took this photo immediately following our recording session—which left us HUNGRY! Café Rio to the rescue.

Here are the QUESTIONS discussed in this episode:

Q. 1 Lisa: During a rough patch, how aware were your children of the challenges at hand?

Q. 2 Gabrielle: Does your spouse still do things that you don’t understand?

Q. 3 Bryn: How have your communication patterns evolved throughout your marriage?

Q. 4 Tiffany: How have you transitioned to parenting young adult children?

If after listening, you still want MORE, here are two additional questions:
From Lecrecia: How do you handle the big disappointments in life without resenting each other?

Question from Lecrecia

From Adam: When you have shared your opinion and you still can’t reach a conclusion how to do decide what to do without one person feeling resentment about the final outcome?
