Stories of Us

Creating legacy so we never lose it or forget.

There is no right or wrong way to tell a family story, but there are family stories that are universally important, and everyone has them. These are the stories of how people are born, where they live, what they do and believe, whom they marry and how they carry on, contribute to or challenge the family legacy.

There are always stories about hard times and good times, stories about gathering and stories about separation and loss. Many of these stories are easy to remember, laugh about and illustrate with happy pictures. Some of these stories are so difficult to revisit that they are rarely discussed. But, stories of all kinds need to be told, treasured and passed on.

Voices of family members need to be heard and their perspectives need to be shared, because someday it will be too late.
